Application forms can be lodged from October up until July every year for the October intake. Important note: Your application will be reviewed only when we receive the original copy by post along with all supporting documents required.
Applications for undergraduate courses should be sent directly to the International Faculty and not be submitted via UCAS.
Applications are first considered by the Academic Committee of the relevant Department at the International Faculty. Applications are then thoroughly evaluated by each department's Academic Committee where the final decision is made regarding the applicant's acceptance.
Successful applicants are notified of their acceptance to the programme through a formal letter issued directly by the University of Sheffield. You will also receive an offer letter by the International Faculty and a letter issued by the International Office giving you guidelines on what you will need to do next.
The Academic Department will try to make a decision as quickly as possible. The process usually takes up to two weeks. Remember, if you send supporting documents separately this can delay the decision.
