VIBE is an EU funded project in the framework of the ‘SEE Transnational Cooperation Programme’ with the primary objective to support facilitation of innovation and entrepreneurship in the region of South-East Europe (SEE). VIBE aims at fostering the creation and growth of innovative SMEs and start-up companies through a large array of actions.

The event featured presentations by representatives from SEERC and business professionals who gave their input on today’s innovation and financing policy for innovative SMEs in SEE, the use of mentoring, the role of venture capital companies and the opportunities offered to start-ups at Venture Forums. SEERC announced its offer to support a number of selected start-up companies to participate at the upcoming Balkan Venture Forum in Sofia on 21-22 May 2013. A lively discussion concluded the seminar. The event was supported by Technopolis Thessaloniki ICT Business Park and SEPVE - the Association of IT Companies of Northern Greece.
