Donate food. Help a family.

9 – 17 December 2015

Today many families with children, elders and homeless people need our help. For this reason, we are collecting food and other items in order to support the Food Bank of the Municipality of Thessaloniki.  

Help us collect food and basic necessities. Donate a bag of food and offer a meal to a family in need in our community.

What to donate:*

• Dry food with long expiration date (pasta, beans, lentils, milk, sugar, flour, rice, etc.)
• Olive oil or Seed oil (1lt)
• Canned food
• Disposable shaving machines
• Laundry detergents (small packs)

*All products should have long expiration dates and must be in small packs for easier dissemination

Collection points:

You may bring your donation on the 9^th – 17^th December 2015, from 11:00 - 18:00 hrs to one of the two buildings of CITY College, the University of Sheffield International Faculty in the city centre. Students from CSU, the Sunrise Movement and the Marketing Club will be at the collection points, collecting all donations and offering their valuable help and assistance.

The food donation programme is an initiative of CITY College, the University of Sheffield International Faculty, CITY's Student Union, its student union, societies and clubs for the support of the Food Bank of the Municipality of Thessaloniki.
