Prof. Ketikidis to participate as member of the Scientific Committee of the UIIN Conference in Barcelona

Prof. Panayiotis Ketikidis, Vice Principal of Research, Innovation & External Relations at the International Faculty of the University of Sheffield, CITY College, has been invited to join the scientific committee of the ‘University-Industry Interaction Conference’ which will take place in Barcelona, 24-25 April 2014. The scientific committee comprises distinguished academics coming from all over the world. View all members of the scientific committee.

This international conference will focus on entrepreneurship and university-industry interaction by the local higher education institutions. The conference is hosted by the University Industry Innovation Network (UIIN) in cooperation with the Catalan Association of Public Universities (ACUP) which represents eight universities in Cataluña with more than 200.000 students and 15.000+ teaching and research staff.

During the conference 300 participants will engage in rich dialogues with researchers, lecturers, technology transfer professionals, industry representatives, entrepreneurs and policy makers over three days full of discussions, workshops, presentations, networking and idea sharing.
