On 20 May 2018, Mr. Chris Liassides, Academic Director of Postgraduate Studies and Senior Lecturer at the International Faculty CITY College successfully delivered the third module of the Programme for Management Development that runs in collaboration with the European Business Association (EBA) in Kyiv.

Mr. Liassides discussed the topic of Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) which is vital for any business or organization in today’s corporate world and is directly linked to operational efficiency. During the module he addressed issues relating to IMC strategies and techniques that all contemporary marketers should adopt.

As he explained to participants IMC is a simple concept which ensures that all forms of communications and messages are carefully linked together whilst ensuring the efforts of every stakeholder are aligned to the changing requirements within any market place. IMC solidifies communications around customers and helps them move through the various stages of the buying process.

Participants found the IMC module particularly insightful and had the opportunity to discuss with Mr. Liassides the effects that a well-executed IMC plan can have in a company.

The ‘Programme for Management Development’ will be completed with 6 modules. The programme aims at equipping professionals with skills and knowledge, which are required for meeting companies’ strategic objectives; understanding business as an integrated system in the interrelationship of organizational, financial, marketing decisions aimed at increasing business competitiveness.
