Much is being said about the Millennials and their impact on how organization function but we are now seeing the “Z’s” come in. In this seminar, we will look at managing multi-generational workforces with a strong emphasis on Millennial and Z’s and how organisations need to adapt and cope with one of the smartest generations to ever enter our doors.
