A discussion on conformity and propaganda and how relevant research results are applied to the society, for effective crowd -including employee- control. Although we will focus on the COVID-19 Quarantine measures and our conformity to them, we will also present the very effective propaganda used by the 2 most influential social movements of the 20th century, Nazism and Communism, as all these strategies share important commonalities. The extension of these conformity "drills" in managing employees in the workplace is also going to be presented!
