Launch of the fifth Programme for Management Development for EBA members in Kyiv

The fifth season Programme for Management Development run by CITY College was successfully launched 18 September 2021 in Kyiv with Prof. Leslie Szamosi, Director of our Executive MBA, delivering a course on "HR Management and Organisational Behaviour" to a new group of participants. The Programme for Management Development is offered to members of our educational partner in Kyiv, the European Business Association (EBA).

In his presentation Prof. Szamosi reminded participants that every organisation’s most important resource is its people. He went on to discuss how people should be managed, what makes them effective, and what they are looking for is very often misunderstood. “What experience has taught us is that creating a motivated workforce goes well beyond the simple payment of wages” underlined Prof. Szamosi in his seminar.

Participants found the first course of the programme particularly insightful.

The Programme for Management Development aims at building expertise in core business fundamentals such as digital marketing, finance, strategies, HR, operations, communication, negotiations, innovations as well as help participants develop the capabilities they need to make a difference and succeed in the future.
