CITY College Europe Campus signs Memorandum of Understanding with "G. Papanikolaou" General Hospital of Thessaloniki

CITY College, University of York Europe Campus signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with "G. Papanikolaou" General Hospital of Thessaloniki, thus commencing a new dynamic collaboration with one of the biggest general hospitals of the city of Thessaloniki.

The aims of the cooperation are to provide internship opportunities for students (primarily from our Psychology Department) - a valuable learning experience, allowing them to gain practical experience in a real-world healthcare setting - facilitate research activities and knowledge, promote social responsibility, and encourage joint activities between the two parties and many more.

Overall, this new partnership a significant step towards fostering a culture of collaboration between academia and the local community, for the benefit of students, patients and the region as a whole.
