Library opening hours and service availability

Find information about opening hours and our current services and policies.

• Check regularly our library opening hours, webpage for the latest changes and further details about running services.
• The majority of our study spaces are available on a first come, first served basis during our opening hours.
• The Project Rooms are bookable facilities that require prior booking by phone or email and by approaching the Library Services Desk.
• If you wish to use a working facility opened in extended hours, please visit our recently re-developed facility - The Green Reading Room.

Using the Library

We are delighted to welcome our students and staff into the library to use our services & facilities, study, browse our collections and borrow material.
The health and safety of our users still remains in our priorities, therefore:

• Use self-cleaning materials to disinfected shared surfaces, workspaces, PCs, equipment, etc.
• Use hand sanitizing stations

Library Virtual Services

We are continuing offering our services & resources online to support off-campus students and those who prefer to work remotely, including:

• Digital library resources (E-books, E-Journals, millions of articles in full text online)
• Ask questions via phone, email, chat service
• Online Library instruction: meet virtually with librarians via video conferencing and screen sharing
• Scan & Delivery Service: Request online and download scans of articles and book chapters

Opening Hours

During the academic year, the library may need to adjust its opening hours. Any changes or updated information will be posted on our website and sent by email.
