Assistant Professor Marion Neukam has carved a distinguished path that seamlessly integrates academic distinction with substantial industry relevance in innovation and international management. Her academic foundations were laid with a B.A. in German-French Studies from the University of Clermont-Ferrand and the University of Regensburg, which paved the way for a M.Sc. in German-French Management at the University of Augsburg and University of Rennes 1. Achieving an Industrial PhD from the University of Strasbourg, in collaboration with Bürkert SAS, marked a significant milestone in her career. Proficient in German, French, and English at the C2 level, and with foundational skills in Turkish and Russian, Neukam’s linguistic prowess underscores her international operational and academic focus.
 
Transitioning from her early career internships in project management, relocation assistance, and marketing to a key role as an Innovation Manager at Bürkert SAS, Neukam has demonstrated her versatility and commitment to innovation. Since September 2019, she has enriched the academic community at the University of Strasbourg as an Associate Professor. She oversees the Master's program in International Innovation Management and imparts her knowledge in innovation management, international and intercultural management, and agile project methodologies. Additionally, Neukam contributes as a lecturer in the MBA General Management Track module "Building International Business Strategy," where her insights into global market dynamics are invaluable. Her research interests span creativity management, knowledge management, and value-driven management, emphasizing her role in fostering collaborations between academia and industry to enhance innovation processes.
